Dewsbury based construction Longley Concrete recognised that their current phone system was outdated and could not keep with the demands of the business. The aim was to find to an appropriate solution and help the business work more effectively.
The team at Unified Voice & Data recognised that with offices in Belfast Longley Concrete required a system that could enable the two locations to link up and transfer calls easily between the two offices. New technologies introduced have meant Longley Concrete are now more functional, with the always added bonus of reducing costs.
We are delighted with the result achieved on this project. We have significantly improved connectivity between the two locations of Longley Concrete. Customer calls can now be placed and transferred more efficiently and easily. The project installation was completed on time, with both staff and management complimenting the completion.
